We're excited that you're interested in getting your dream puppy from us! Whether you're near or far, we'll work with you to make sure you can bring home your new furry friend. We can schedule a time and date for pickup, or you can choose to fly or drive. Let us know how we can help you make it happen!

We want to ensure that you're ready to give a puppy a loving home. Before submitting your application, please take a few moments to read through the following questions.

1. Why do you want a dog?

2. Why have you chosen this breed?

3. In what conditions will the dog live? 

4. What other pets do you own? Breed? How many?

5. Who is responsible for the dog's care?

6. Do you have the time to meet the demanding needs of the puppy/dog for feeding, training, and exercise?

7. Are there any children? If so, how old are they? How would they be instructed in the care of the dog?

8. Does anyone in the household have allergies?

9. Are you committed to the grooming and health maintenance?

10. What is your attitude toward training and obedience?

11. How often is someone at home?

12. Will you have time to walk and play with the dog?

13. Are you aware of the costs involved in veterinary care, buying quality dog food, boarding the dog when away, annual license fees, etc?
