Health Information

We believe a healthy puppy is a happy puppy. Every puppy is examined by a veterinarian before going home, and each family receives the puppy’s original health records.

 

DEWORMING AND VACCINES
Puppies are dewormed on an age-appropriate schedule beginning between 4 and 8 weeks. Core puppy vaccinations begin between 8 and 10 weeks. Depending on the puppy’s age at pickup, the puppy may receive one or two DAPP doses. Families are responsible for completing the veterinarian-recommended vaccine series after pickup.

PUPPY FOOD
Each puppy goes home with a starter supply of Farmina N&D Ancestral Grain Lamb & Blueberry Puppy Mini to help ease the transition. Continue the same food unless your veterinarian recommends a change.

 

HEALTH GUARANTEE
To activate the one-year health guarantee, the buyer must have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within three business days of pickup. Please refer to the signed purchase agreement for the complete terms.
